EPHESIANS 5:15-16 NIV
“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity,
because the days are evil.”
DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT
Discernment is not just knowing what is wrong. Discernment is knowing how to live wisely. Paul says to be careful how we live because the days are evil. That does not mean we live scared. It means we live awake.
Wisdom asks better questions:
• Is this forming me into Christ?
• Is this helping me love people?
• Is this moving me toward mission?
• Is this pleasing to God?
