Church of the Lakes is a proud sponsor and partner of Leesburg Jackets Athletics. Several members of our Dream Team assist with selling tickets, serving concessions, and cheering on our Yellow Jackets. "Together We Swarm!"

The Sunday morning Prayer Team offers prayer support at the altar during services, providing spiritual encouragement and intercession for individuals seeking guidance and comfort.
Set-Up & Break Down Team
The Set-Up & Break Down Team manages the arrangement and disassembly of church spaces at Leesburg High School for services and events, ensuring everything is prepared and cleaned up efficiently.
Thrive Teen Center TEAM
Thrive Center is a safe and free environment! It is open Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM for ages 11-17 (6th-12th grade), offers a variety of free activities including pool tables, video games, ping pong, foosball, basketball, cornhole, a large field for sports, a snack bar, martial arts classes, tutoring, special events, and more, with no membership required. Students can truly thrive, emotionally, spiritually, and socially.
Adult Bible Fellowship
We’re a vibrant community of more than 100 COTlakes adults sharing the excitement of life with Jesus! Our Sunday 8:30am gatherings are filled with renewing friendships; hearing new “God stories” of COTLakes’ impacting Leesburg; an interactive discussion of God’s Word; celebrating the Holy Spirit working in our lives; and much more! You’ll find us to be a big family, ready to welcome you!

School Mentor Programs
The School Mentor Programs, including The Rock Mentors, Reading Mentors, and Powerhouse Mentors, offer various ways to support and guide students. Participation in these programs requires a Level II background check with Lake County Schools.
Security & First Responders Team
The Security & First Responders Team, which currently includes a Leesburg police officer and specialists in nursing, EMTs, and firefighting, are dedicated to ensuring safety and security during services.
Small Group Leaders
Small Group Leaders are vital because relationships are at the core of COTLakes. God designed us to thrive in friendships—with one another and with Him. Our goal is to offer "A Safe Place To Grow" through small groups for all six generations, believing that circles are better than rows.

Thrive Martial Arts Team
This ministry is open to all ages, focusing on building meaningful relationships, fostering spiritual growth, and enhancing physical fitness through Self Defense & Kickboxing. Grief Care Restore
Grief Care Restore embraces those walking the painful path of losing a family member or close friend through death. Supported by others who have experienced the help of Jesus with them in their journey, you’ll find encouragement, love, care, support and hope!
INTERCESSORY Prayer Team
The Intercessory Prayer Team prays over the weekly connection cards, church leadership, and the community, dedicating themselves to interceding on behalf of individuals' needs and concerns.
Lakes Worship Team
The Lakes Worship Team performs modern songs and occasionally blends them with traditional hymns, creating a dynamic and diverse worship experience.
Love In Action
Love In Action is a team of “PRIME TIME” men and women who have trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical etc.) and are willing to use those skills to serve others who have needs in the maintenance of their homes. Love In Action focuses on serving our widows, single women aged 50 and over ("PRIME TIME"), and our elderly friends who should not be engaging in activities such as climbing ladders.
Parking Team
The Church Parking Team manages parking logistics, directs traffic, and assists with parking to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all attendees.
Section Leaders
Section Leaders, also known as greeters, are responsible for welcoming and assisting attendees in specific areas of the church, ensuring a warm and organized experience for everyone.
Tenacious Youth Team
Expect a welcoming and dynamic experience at Tenacious Youth. Before the service, enjoy games and socializing in the Worship and Youth Building (WAY). Our service starts with an exciting game or contest, followed by worship, a lesson, and Small Groups for deeper discussions. Join us as we stand firm in our faith and do everything in love.
