WEEK 1: Who Am I? (Identity before Assignment)

May 24, 2026    Pastor Mike Matheny

Before you can step into your mission, you have to understand your identity. In Esther 2:5–18, we see that Esther had two names but only one calling, reminding us that while the world tries to define us, Scripture teaches that identity is received, not achieved. This week focuses on rejecting false labels and embracing who God says you are—chosen, adopted, and designed on purpose—because your purpose is to glorify God, and your mission is how you live that out right now; and it all starts with knowing who you are, because you are positioned for such a time as this.
