“Spirit” is mentioned 800 times in Scripture and in both the Old and New Testament translations, the word similarly means, wind, air, or breath. Understanding some of the characteristics of the wind can help us better understand the Holy Spirit. Like the Holy Spirit, the wind is unseen, unpredictable, powerful, and refreshing. We can feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. He operates in unexpected ways. He’s supernatural. And He’s like a breath of fresh air. Jesus breathed the Holy Spirit on His disciples after His resurrection and It’s meant for all of us, as believers in Him, to receive as well. Today, let’s discuss how we can receive all God has for us, by receiving the Holy Spirit
