Rest Assured

We live in a fast-paced world, where busyness is often celebrated as a sign of productivity and worth. However, in the midst of our hectic lives, God calls us to embrace a rhythm of rest. Leviticus 23:3 reminds us of the Sabbath principle—six days of work followed by one day set apart for rest and worship. While we know that the Mosaic law has been fulfilled through Jesus Christ (Matthew 5:17), the principle of the Sabbath remains woven into the fabric of creation itself, a natural law given for our benefit. Today, we will explore why the Sabbath still matters, how it reflects God’s design for creation, and how we can honor it as part of our relationship with Him.
