Part 3: Stressed Out

April 21, 2024

We all ask questions. Why is the sky blue? What happened to all the dinosaurs? What was the greatest thing before sliced bread? But some questions are more important than others. What’s my purpose? How do I deal with stress? I’m a parent... help!? We invite you to join us for a series dedicated to addressing the questions/topics you've expressed interest in—a series named "Let’s Talk About It."

Stress is defined as pressure or tension exerted on a material object. We’re stressed when the pressure of something on us exceeds our capacity tohandle that thing. Pressure will never stop in this life, but our capacity toendure it can increase when we put our strength in the One who can do allthings. We need to understand that we can’t control what happens to us, butwith God’s help, we can choose our response.  Let’s talk about it.
